  1. General
    ‘Lluna52’ is a retail business selling jewellery and beads both online and in our shop at Carrer de Sa Lluna 52, Soller, Mallorca, Spain. These terms and conditions relate to trading via our website at http://www.lluna52.com. Lluna52 is part of Spanish registered company BOWDEN CEFIRO SL (ESB16563314)
     
  2. Product Description
    We strive to offer only high-quality products and will always describe the products in our range as accurately as possible. Many products in our range are either handmade or of natural origin, and may be subject to variation in size, colour and appearance
     
  3. Product Pricing and VAT
    The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)
     - All customers within the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland will be invoiced at the VAT inclusive rate. (Currently, this is 21% in Spain)
     - Customers within the EU, who provide a valid VAT number, have the option available to be invoiced exclusive of VAT. Please note that Business-to-Business orders such as these will be invoiced manually, and payment must be made by direct bank transfer. Please contact us directly for orders such as these
     - Customers outside of the EU (excl. Northern Ireland) will be invoiced exclusive of VAT. Please note that customs and duty charges may be payable on delivery at the rates stipulated in these countries

    Lluna52 reserve the right to amend prices, both up or down, without notice if commercial or economic circumstances dictate.                                                                                                                          
     
  4. Order Process
    Orders placed by our customers via our website will be confirmed immediately by return email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to guarantee this automated process is possible. Customers must provide sufficient information with their order to enable the order process and subsequent delivery to take place speedily and smoothly.
    Orders will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, but may be subject to some amendment if stock limitations dictate. The customer will be contacted if such an instance occurs so we can attempt to find a suitable replacement.
    Once an order is confirmed via our website, it may only be cancelled if instruction is received in writing prior to order despatch. Notification by email is the fastest way of delivering this written communication.
     
  5. Payment
    Payment must be received at the time of order confirmation via the website. Our secure payment provider ‘PayPal’ provide the platform for simple and direct credit and debit card payments. All payments are to be made in Euro.
     
  6. Delivery
    All deliveries will be made as soon as possible after order assembly and packing is complete. For an order received on Day 1, our standard dispatch time is Day 2

    All orders will be delivered by 1st Class Certified post, which is tracked and will require a signature on receipt. Customers will be notified of their tracking number via the email address supplied during the order process. Orders delivered overseas to non-EU countries may be subject to customs clearance. Customers should be aware of the import requirements within their own countries when placing their order

    Currently, we deliver to the following non-EU destinations: Andorra, Australia, Canada, The Channel Islands, China, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, Isle of Man, Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, New Zealand, San Marino, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and USA. Please note, this list is subject to change without notice.

    Our delivery charges are:
     - All European Countries    6.95 Euro per order
     - Rest of the World              11.95 Euro per order

    Please ensure you select the correct delivery method for your order at the checkout stage. Please also remember that delivery dates and times are always estimates, and should be treated as such
     
  7. Returns of Goods
    Goods may be returned within 7 days of scheduled receipt for either exchange or refund if they are found to be damaged, faulty or significantly different from their product description.
    Goods must be returned in their original state.
    Please contact us asap if you have a query about your order and wish to make a return, so we can find either a replacement or refund solution.
     
  8. Electronic Communications
    If you wish to receive direct marketing of new products and promotions from us in the form of email updates, then please send us an email to hello@lluna52.com requesting this. We will not add your email address to our address book records without this consent.

    The purchaser agrees to abide, as we do, to Spanish Law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts
